Setup Time

Setup time will vary depending on the selected package and the complexity of the event design. However, we recommend that clients allot a minimum of 2.5 hours for setup to ensure that every detail is meticulously executed and that the space is transformed into the romantic & intimate experience promised. 

Your decorator will provide status updates during the setup process so you can plan accordingly

Access

For all hotel setups, clients have two options to provide access to the hotel room for setup. The recommended option is to add my name to the hotel reservation, allowing me to access the room prior to your check-in. Alternatively, clients can arrive before me, check-in, and leave an additional key with the front desk for access.

For setups at AirBNB or permanent resident locations, access to the property will be coordinated a week prior to the setup date.

Lateness

​​In order to ensure a seamless setup , punctuality is crucial. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled check-in, a late fee may apply. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your check in, your booking may be subject to cancellation, with no refunds. Please communicate with us if you are running behind schedule. 

Liability

Adorned by Alisha is not liable  for any hotel charges, damages, or misplaced items / loss of personal items. In order to avoid any issues, please ensure all valuable items are removed from the space during the time of setup or stored away.

Guests are responsible for ensuring decorations are cleaned prior to checking out in order to avoid potential additional fees from the hotel. Next Day cleaning services are available as an add-on for an additional cost.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

Clients may cancel their booking within 72 hours of the initial booking for a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made after this timeframe will be non-refundable. However, clients may reschedule their event setup within 30 days of the original event date using the deposit as credit towards the new booking.

Should you fail to reschedule a new set-up within the 30 day window, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another set up.

Please note that last-minute bookings made within a week of setup and same-day bookings are not eligible for the 72-hour refundable window.

Payment

A 50% deposit will be required at time of booking. Upon receipt of deposit, you will receive confirmation of your setup. The balance will be due 7 days prior to your setup date.

For any bookings made within 7 days of the desired setup, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payments are accepted via Cashapp, Zelle or Apple Pay. 

Materials Return

Certain packages require materials that need to be returned after the setup. In such cases, we will coordinate with you to retrieve materials used prior to your scheduled check out. We may return in person the following day or coordinate a pick-up service.
